Many people define success by the amount of money they have or the status they hold. Yet a truly successful life encompasses so much more, say leadership and executive development experts Sal LaGreca and Mike Mannix. They explain that balancing the five key dimensions of life — Love, Laughter, Labor, Leisure, and Leave — will help you become truly happy and fulfilled. Each of the “5 Ls” has an individual purpose, but put together, they empower you to brave life’s ups and downs. This science-supported program will provide you with proven tools to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout, helping you achieve a true work-life balance for enhanced resilience.
